Snr Manager, Enterprise Tech Strategy & Growth

Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Client Service Units and Global Innovation team to identify key tech trends and opportunities relevant to the Enterprise industry sectors, and develop the overarching business tech strategy and recommendations
  • Evaluate suitable tech partners/vendors for the local and regional markets we operate in, and form strategic partnerships with them to develop our unique proposition
  • Drive and oversee the development of industry business solution catalogue, including the high-level solution architecture and Go-to-Market plan
  • Drive the development of our Enterprise ESG solution offerings
  • Prepare pitches to engage stakeholders in multiple different partnership formats
  • Support the development of our strategic and regional growth aspirations, including iterating organisation growth plans with updated strategies, information and other feedback
  • Use all available resources to develop and maintain the market outlook and market forecasts (macro-economic outlook, including inflation, FX, demographics, etc.) and industry outlook for the Enterprise industry sectors
  • Coordinate and prepare materials to update our senior leadership at relevant corporate platforms

 

A little about you:

  • MBA and/or Degree in Business, Strategy, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 or more years in management consulting or technology strategy role, in digital and/or technology industry sectors
  • Experience working in a tech vendor and/or in tech sales roles, especially in AI and cloud technologies, will be advantageous
  • Competent in business, financial modeling and analytics
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a high level of initiative
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
