A career within Regulatory Risk and Compliance services, will provide you with the opportunity to help companies rethink their approach to risk and create a sustainable risk advantage. We’re a part of a unique client proposition, assisting our clients develop proper internal controls by leveraging analytics and technology solutions to underpin efficient execution of governance, to optimise their risk and compliance policies and processes, and improve business performance.

We are looking for a seasoned AI Solutions Specialist with a proven track record in the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in identifying, implementing, and optimising AI solutions to address our client’s business challenges. He/she will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the right AI strategy for our clients. Skills and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • AI Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to define and refine the AI strategy, identifying opportunities for AI adoption with the financial services domain.
  • Solution Identification: Leverage his/her experience and industry knowledge to identify and evaluate AI technologies that align with any client or internal engagement’s business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Solution Deployment: Drive the implementation of AI solutions, ensuring seamless integration into any client’s or internal existing systems and processes.
  • AI Frameworks: Establish best practices and frameworks for AI implementation, governance and compliance within the financial services sector. Bringing a realistic plan to operationalise and “making-it-useable” for our clients.
  • Consultation: Provide expert guidance to internal teams or clients, offering insights on AI capabilities, suitable technologies, risks, and benefits.
  • Solution Review: Conduct reviews of any client’s/internal stakeholders existing deployed AI solutions, analysing their performance, and making recommendations for enhancements.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and security standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s/ Masters’ degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in deploying AI solutions within the financial services sector.
  • Deep understanding of various AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tailor AI solutions to specific business needs.
  • Experience in establishing governance and compliance frameworks for AI.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the financial services sector, regulations, and industry standards
  • Strong project management skills and a track record of delivering AI projects.
