The Oracle practice is looking to recruit exceptional individuals with extensive experience in Oracle ERP technology and/or process. As a Manager within our Oracle Technology Competency, you’ll work with the latest technologies and big-name companies on projects that are driving the future of those organisations. Our Managers are expected to lead client engagements, create new opportunities, and contribute to the development of our people.
As part of PwC’s Oracle Consulting practice, we have the privilege of acting as trusted advisors to a diverse and expansive client base, spanning multiple geographies and industries. This means that we have a real opportunity to enhance and refine our clients’ businesses using ever evolving technology.

As an Oracle Manager, you will blend a breadth of functional and technical knowledge and experience with creativity to develop ideas into solutions. Through our industry leading methodologies, you will work closely with our clients to transform their business.
 

Delivery

  • Defining Finance and/or Procurement solution aspects of a Finance Transformation project/programme as a key PwC member of mixed PwC / client teams

  • Managing across workstreams such as reporting, data migration and integration.

Business Development

  • Working on proposals and pre-sales within your area of expertise

  • Developing the careers of the teams working with and reporting to you

About the Role:

  • Strong work experience of minimum of 6-8 years

  • A minimum of 3-5 full lifecycle implementation projects covering ERP financial module functional implementation experience on Oracle Cloud – including experience in two or more of the following areas –  P2P, R2R, O2C, PPM

  • A minimum of 3 full lifecycle implementations on Oracle ERP Cloud

  • Understanding of Trading Community Architecture

  • Demonstrable experience in activities – requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, functional configuration, conference room pilots / prototype demonstrations, integration, data migration

  • Able to demonstrate Client relationship management

  • Workshop and meeting facilitation skills

Desirable Skills/ Qualifications:

  • Broad functional skills across the Oracle ERP Modules

  • Oracle Cloud Specialism or Certification

  • Broad cross-industry experience

  • Professional Accounting Qualification

  • Understanding Business Intelligence Reporting 

  • Understanding of Financial Accounting Hub (FAH)

  • Chart of Accounts Design Experience
