As a Systems Engineer (Security Systems), you shall be responsible for the general administration, support and smooth running of the assigned maintenance projects. You will assist and support the Project/Service Delivery Manager and enable him to focus on meeting the required SLA to aid in getting new maintenance contracts or maintenance extension

What will you do? 

• Plan, coordinate, perform and manage preventive & corrective maintenance on sites island-wide in outdoor environments.
• Provide 1st level support and attend to fault call and troubleshooting & repairs on sites according to SLA.
• Escalate for unresolved issues to relevant 2nd level support or higher as required. 
• Participate in maintenance standby duty to cover 24×7 support on rotational basis.
• Carry out scheduled maintenance.
• Carry out and/or support testing.
• Provide technical support to users.
• Attend to clients’ queries on any operational & maintenance related matters promptly
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and changes.
• Ensure documentation/effective communication is provided to the customer timely.
• Maintain good relationships with customers.
• Any other duties assigned.

The ideal candidate should possess: 

• ITE, Higher NITec and Diploma (Electronics/Electrical).
• Able to work outdoor and at height (as required) on any related maintenance.
• Experience in video surveillance system, electrical installation, maintenance and/or outdoor environment is preferred.
• Experience with computer, network and basic IP system is an added advantage.
• Ability to prioritize and perform maintenance tasks and repairs.
• Good knowledge in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
• Self-motivated, service-oriented, passionate, and responsible.
• Possess good communications and interpersonal skills as well as be able to work independently.
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing technical teams.
