Primary Purpose
The requirement for staff is to have knowledge and experience in at least 1 or more of the following domains.
Splunk
Microsoft System Center suite of products (SCCM, SCOM, SCVMM)
Microsoft Exchange
Microsoft Active Directory (Account & GPO Management) / DNS / DHCP / File and Print server / Radius
Netbackup
Nutanix / Microsoft Hyper V
Mobile device management infra (MDM) from VMware or Samsung
Dynamics CRM
DTTA only
Operator Room:
Current monitored endpoints, 200 in Primary DC and 100 in DR
Physical and Virtual Machine using VMware
All windows 2008 and 2012 platform, Exchange 2010, EMC VNX5K.
Perform monitoring services using centralised monitoring tool.
Perform Software Distribution and system patching.
Perform monitoring of backup job status.
Provided Level 1 FAQ support via phone.
Provide incident / service request escalation according to the provided escalation matrix.
Reports
Monthly generation of reports from tools used for monitoring and incident logging.
Monthly consolidation of Authority required reports.
Perform Basic Scripting
Perform Software Distribution package Packaging.
Requirements:
Perform Day to Day operation at DSTA Data Centre Support
Perform DSTA DC onsite system & Infra Support & troubleshooting
Perform System upgrade and Project expansion and System Migration
Perform System & Infra Patch Management
Perform Monitoring of OS and application patching and vulnerability assessment
Manage System & Infra Inventory management
Ensure call and Incident are resolve within SLA
Primary Skills:
Microsoft Exchange Server, Nutanix, Vmware, Hyper-V, Red Hat Linux, Microsoft SCOM
