At Singtel Core Systems, we believe that first time right is the North Star and pulls our thought processes to give in depth importance for deliveries. Ideal Candidate who appreciates shall own the below-

  • Candidate shall be the IT facing SPOC to manage the solution delivery and dev Ops for CRM stream. Conduct Solution workshops and deliver Solutions and manage Vendor delivery for CRM Solutions.
  • Shall exhibit great team playing attitude to contribute for a team victory in all KPIs.
  • Has potential to take through the Solutions with Senior Management and Enterprise Level Architecture team.
  • Candidate shall play an IT Product Owner role if required and manage a complete Agile delivery in CRM based projects and enhancements.
  • Worked in multiple CRM transformation projects and have full cloud knowledge.

 

Responsibilites:

  • Design Thinker and delivery CRM Solutions for projects and BAU enhancements
  • Manage Change reviews and adhere to ITIL processes for the defects and changes delivered by IT Partner Suppliers.
  • Manage Business Stakeholders on the Solution time line and delivery.
  • Work with Project Managers and seamlessly facilitate Solution Delivery.
  • Work with peer Solution Designers team and walk with the team for any successful IT Delivery.
  • Identify Key Integrations and work with Integration Platform teams.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 6 – 8 years of working experience in either CRM, Dev Ops, Agile Skills or MicroServices
  • Capable of presenting solutions to Senior Management

 

Good to have the one of the following:

  • Amdocs CES CRM,
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Microservices Implementation background.
  • DevOps Stack,
  • Sparx/Mega Hopex Architecting tools
  • Agile & Scrums.
  • AWS or any cloud centric Solutions.
  • Good at estimation techniques and methodologies.
  • Tmforum and eTAM adaption.
  • Other BSS suites – Ordering ,Billing, Service Assurance, Product Catalog would be handy.
