To help provide customers with the best Prime Video experience, we are looking for a Senior Programming Manager who will develop and maintain an annual programming calendar across all Southeast Asian markets. We are looking for bright people with strong project management and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and earn trust with cross-functional teams, and a strong bias for action and passion to do what is right for the customer.

The role requires experience in using market research and customer insights to build a holistic plan to meet customer needs year-round. Working with content and brand marketing teams, this role will help define and optimize our release calendar to ensure we regularly delight customers with new and engaging content. Using audience data, the Senior Programming Manager will influence partner teams to secure and finalize titles, and once confirmed, this role is responsible for managing the calendar and keeping partner teams on track for successful launches. To successfully release new titles, this role also works in partnership with Brand Managers and Finance to allocate and track marketing budget at a campaign level. Because of the opportunity to work cross-functionally and geographically, this is a position with ample scope for self-development and space to innovate.

Key job responsibilities
• Develop a deep understanding of Southeast Asia content requirements to help drive the growth of Prime Video in Southeast Asia.
• Help devise and maintain an annual programming calendar with optimal release cadences, distribution, and diversity.
• Collaborate with content teams to understand ideal scheduling and lead times to maximize marketing opportunities.
• Overall stakeholder management to keep relevant teams and owners aligned on deadlines and requirements to meet launch timelines.
• Partner with brand team to ensure proper level of marketing resources (including budget) are allocated to titles and genres pre-release.
• Analyze and understand content performance data, diving deep to identify opportunities and learnings to adapt team strategy.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
– Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
– Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
– Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
– Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
– Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
