Make an Impact by

  • Budget and drive targets such as acquisitions and revenue drivers, churn and ARPU (Average Revenue Per User).
  • Guide staff and provide direction, improve performance by offering advice, coaching, and implementing efficient work processes
  • Weekly / monthly / quarterly reporting and analysis on key drivers and product performance, including coordination with other internal departments to ensure data accuracy and robustness
  • Develop strategy and strategic planning for the CIS business across key areas such as price plans, value added services (VASes), equipment and roaming services
  • Drive revenue by launching new products, activating additional sales channels, devising bundling strategy, revised pricing proposition, conducting thorough competitive analysis, policy and IT (Information Technology) configuration making.
  • Devise crisp and compelling messaging and present mobile plans, value added services in ways that will strengthen brand and boost sales to new and current customers.
  • Design effective campaigns after market research activities; craft effective sales pitch tools to enable and activate Sales channels to drive postpaid subscribers acquisition increasing attachment / ARPU.

 

Skills for Success

 

  • Min Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance or related fields
  • 10 years’ relevant experience in financial management, marketing and/or economics
  • Strong knowledge of managing subscription-based services
  • Stakeholder/project management skills
  • Analytical with good business acumen
  • Able to thrive in a fluid, demanding, and rapidly growing environment
  • Excellent leadership and people skills with the ability to manage a team
