Snr Director, Enterprise 5G Product

The candidate will establish and lead the management of the full product suite for the Enterprise 5G business including, but not limited to, campus networks, multi-access edge compute, enterprise 5G values add services such as slicing, low latency and massive machine communications product.

 establish and manage a robust  for managing the delivery and continual improvement of the organization. You will collaborate with peers from Product Development, Professional Services and Business Operations to improve efficiency and productivity of R&D / Engineering and Operations. You will be responsible for timely delivery and effective execution of strategic programs including: the Strategic and Business plan which include business case, market and partnership analysis;  Product development plan which includes revenue, PL  and delivery plan;  monthly operational reviews, bi-weekly staff meetings.

This position will require an experience leader who possesses the understanding of business, product and  process design and partner analysis. The candidate must have deep knowledge of operations within a software and infra product company, strong financial analysis, P&L management, strategic and operational planning.

This role builds a foundation for 5G product growth by:

• Participating in the strategy definition and execution for Full potential on all 5G product which includes connectivity, MEC, platforms and partners product in the marketplace
• Establishing delivery and operating plans for the said products
• Continually reviewing, improving the capabilities & value of the products, platform and partners offerings; and to be able to change directions with agility and speed
• Managing/ Leveraging strategic partnership programs to enable the platform
• Drive the onboarding & introduction of new product innovation

Working closely with other BU such as CFU, Networks, IT and Corporate functions to endure timely delivery of the product and revenue

Key Responsibilities

Oversee strategic planning and execution of the plan all 5G related product (Connectivity, MEC, Platform – Paragon and all PaaS and SaaS in the marketplace)

Develop business plan and business case for all product

Identify right partnership strategy including partners and manage programs to ensure delivery including D0, D1 and D2.

Work closely with Engineering and development team to ensure continuous on time delivery of the   product and the future roadmap

Demonstrate thought leadership and execution capability for project development and optimization

Participate in executive decision making regarding budget, sales activities, resources, schedule and risk

Provide consultancy, solutions and cost related advisory for large scale customer tenders and sales

Partner and Channel Management

–             Involve in Partner Selection to fit in 5G strategies

–             Provide hands-on program and project management for multi-million dollar programs across multiple lines of business

–             Assist in sales and business development efforts

–             Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client project stakeholders by providing vision and future product road mapping

Education and Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree

Work Experience – 15 years of Business and Product delivery experience

Technical / Professional Skills –

Full P&L responsibility

Technical Product and Partnership management

10+ years of Leadership delivering technology product and services at scale in complex technical and business environments

Oversight of multiple $20M+ business

Experience delivery professional services for a product company

Experience with Agile SCRUM delivery practices
