As an Asset Administrator, the broad area of your job responsibilities will cover the following:

Job Description

· Ensure staff onboarding and off-boarding comply with the established procedure

· Assist to generation the monthly report to all track and report product status

· Ensure various document owner comply with the document control procedure

· Tracking the status of orders

· Provide monthly report of customer entitlements and usage

· Monitor and track the performance of suppliers and contracts.

· Handling of Project Purchases

· Raising purchase request, track till closure

· Communicate with both internal and external customer via voice or email.

· Understand Customer’s contractual Service Level Agreements and ensure they are met.

Job Requirements

• Candidate with minimum Higher Nitec, Diploma Certification in Computer/Electronic Engineering or equivalent discipline

• Computer literacy in MS Office

• Proficiency in Technology will be added advantage

• Independent, resourceful, result-oriented individuals with a “can-do” attitude
