About the role 

  • Lead, coordinate and drive project delivery for SuccessFactors implementations or Digital HR client advisory services.

  • You’ll be the go to person for projects specifically for SAP Successfactors EC.

  • Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges. 

  • Take ownership and manage the delivery of SAP Success Factors  EC  projects to enhance our client’s business functionality and overall performance. Provide SME advice and guide project team members to connect with the relevant expertise in the global PwC network, SAP community or external stakeholders for issue resolution, risk mitigation and solutioning for SuccessFactors implementations. 

  • Manage project financials. 

  • Support the SAP practice in leading business development efforts, creating delivery plans, scope discovery workshops, and solution presentations to senior executives.

  • Support team with gaining access to tenders, build proposals, win work and deliver projects.

  • Support SAP capability leader in practice management initiatives such as recruitment and developing others.

  • Have the capability to lead design, build, test and deploy for a 5-10 Digital HR team with deep technical and functional experience across SuccessFactors.

  • Have the ability to review and provide quality assurance for milestone-based deliverables.

  • Deep client engagement skills for effective stakeholder management.

  • Have experience working with Integration Center and CPI integrations.

  • Liaise with application management and legacy IT support teams.

  • Relationships, capability and experiences working with custom BTP applications, SAP alliance and other SAP partner products such as Workforce Solutions, Docusign and Centrical etc. will be a plus point. 

About you

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consultant with at least 10+ years of experience to lead the Implementations.

  • Having hands-on experience to lead and guide the implementation team.

  • 5+ end to end implementations experience.

  • Experience of any other module of SFSF like Employee Central Payroll, compensation, Recruiting, onboarding is an added advantage.

  • This is an onsite role in Singapore
