Job Description & Summary

Roles and Responsibilities
You will work as part of a team of subject matter experts with extensive industry experience to assist with helping client in project implementation and solving complex business issues from strategy to execution.
Our mission is to deliver high quality and cost-effective automation solutions, primarily using robotic process automation (RPA), that enhance productivity, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Analysing, designing, and implementing automation solutions that meet the client’s needs and expectations.

Understand the client’s business requirements and challenges to propose suitable automation solutions and strategies, by using various tools and platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Automation Anywhere.

Design efficient and scalable RPA workflows to automate identified processes.

Integrate automation solutions with existing systems and data sources, such as databases, web services or APIs.

Conduct thorough testing of automation solutions to ensure reliability, scalability and adherence to requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or errors related to automation solutions.

Provide training and support to the client’s staff on how to use and maintain the automation solutions.

Provide technical support and guidance during implementation and post-deployment phases.

Document and report on the automation project’s progress, results, and benefits.

Research and evaluate new automation technologies and provide recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, information technology or equivalent with some experience in programming or digital-related module.

1 to 3 years of working experience as an automation specialist in a consultancy firm or similar environment would be preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Meticulous and detailed in documenting business requirements and workflows.

Good verbal and written communication skill in English.

Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directed.

Demonstrate strategic and creative thinking, problem solving.
