Telco+, is a joint initiative between Singtel and NCS to help telcos address their transformation needs to evolve into future digital telcos. The aim is to help telcos improve on operational efficiency and leverage insights-driven data to deliver enhanced customer experience. With the combined capabilities of Singtel’s 5G network and NCS’ expertise in digital and technology services, Telco+ will also develop a full stack of 5G-enabled solutions to help enterprises capitalise on the applications of 5G.


Position Summary

Manager, Strategy will provide high quality research, analysis & recommendations in Telco+ strategy, growth and telco consulting to achieve exponential growth. This role is scoped across strategy to executing business growth; apt for consultants who want to grow beyond consulting and not be constrained within a box.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities, trends, threats and competitor moves. You will develop insightful recommendations on strategic direction and specific project opportunities
  • Support the development of our strategic and financial aspirations, by providing market analysis as well as relevant benchmarks, using a wide range of resources and databases you will have access to
  • Build and continually iterate organisation growth plans with updated strategies, information and other feedback
  • Use all available resources to develop and maintain the market outlook and market forecasts (macro-economic outlook, including inflation, FX, demographics, etc. and Telco-industry outlook
  • Prepare pitches (in ppt) to engage stakeholders in multiple different partnership formats
  • Work in a team to run internal or external client-facing consulting projects


The successful candidate should possess:

  • 4-6 years in management consulting, corporate strategy or market analyst role, in telecoms, digital or technology
  • Strong understanding of telecoms industry and its main trends
  • Highly skilled in communicating effectively through powerpoint slide-making
  • Highly competent in business, financial modelling and analytics
  • MBA, CPA or CFA is preferred
