Make an Impact by

  • Increase Singtel in-base penetration of Financial & Lifestyle services.
  • Leverage data analytics to conceptualize and design targeted marketing campaigns for Singtel customers. 
  • Work with internal & external business stakeholders for campaign execution.
  • Manage campaign end-to-end processes to ensure positive customer experience.
  • Tracking, reporting & evaluate campaign performance to increase campaign effectiveness.
  • Increase sign up of Singtel products by non-Singtel customers.
  • Enable synergistic cross-sell campaigns between partner and Singtel.
  • Coordinate change activities for marketing across internal & external business stakeholders.
  • Launch new GXS product to increase device and gadget take-up from Singtel.
  • Oversee marketing development with new GXS product.

Skills for Success

  • Degree in Marketing / Business Management
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in the field of Marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point presentation and Visio flow-chart.
  • Good knowledge in marketing campaigns initiatives, end-to-end process management & executions.
  • Sharp analytical skill with strong sense on market sentiments and competitions.
  • Strong organizational skill & conscientious personality.
  • Meticulous, proactive and dynamic with ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication and people engagement skills.
  • Telecom Sales, Marketing or Project Management experiences will be an advantage.
  • Digital Marketing, Negotiation Skills will be an advantage.
