The Manager, Corp Transformation supports the digital agenda of corporate functions through driving data analytics initiatives and using technology to develop innovative solutions that directly impact business processes.

 

Make an Impact by:

 

Design and develop solutions to automate processes and enhance data insights with tools such as Power Platform:

  • Collaborate with the process improvement team and stakeholders to analyse existing processes and requirements.
  • Design, develop, support and maintain Microsoft Power Platform applications, including Power Apps, Power Automate etc. Ensure solution is both functional and visually pleasing.
  • Iteratively improve applications based on users feedback.
  • Assist stakeholders with troubleshooting PowerApps/Power Automate-related issues.
  • Run, contribute, and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including performing quality assurance checks and code reviews of solutions built.
  • Ensure solutions are deployed into the Power Platform environment in accordance with IT governance procedures.
  • Share Power Platform knowledge through training sessions, workshops, and consultations.

 

Data Analytics and Visualisation:

  • Utilise analytical techniques to analyse and interpret data, identify trends, patterns and correlations.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
  • Establish and enforce data quality standards, ensuring consistency, accuracy and completeness.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
  • Present data-driven insights in a visually appealing and easy to understand manner for stakeholders.
  • Customise dashboards to meet specific requirements of different stakeholders.

 

Skills for Success: 

 

 

  • Degree in Computer Science, data Science or a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the area of Power Platform development and/or data analysis
  • MS Power Platform proficiency
  • Data visualisation tools proficiency (eg. Power BI/Tableau)
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
