As a Learning & Development Operations Executive, you will play a role in planning and ensuring the smooth execution of our training programmes, workshops held at various venues within NCS hub and 8George. This will be on 12 months contract, with potential for renewal depending on performance and organisation needs. 

 

What will you do? 

Room and Venue Coordination 

  • Work closely with the Facilities team to arrange tables, chairs, flipcharts, and other materials needed for the learning sessions. 

  • Collaborate with the Building Management team to secure access to learning spaces for trainers and participants. 

 

Technical and Catering Support 

  • Liaise with AV and tech support teams to ensure all audio-visual equipment is properly set up and functioning. 

  • Coordinate with caterers and delivery vendors to manage the collection and distribution of refreshments. 

 

Participant and Administrative Support 

  • Interact with participants to make sure they are comfortable and the learning environment is conducive. 

  • Assist with managing and processing SkillsFuture funding for eligible participants. 

 

The ideal candidate should possess: 

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills 

  • Meticulousness and carefulness attributes 

  • A friendly and eager-to-learn attitude 

  • Ability to be an effective team player who enjoys working with others  

  • Good communication skills 

  • Diploma in HR or any related field 

 

Notes: The Learning & Development Operations Executive will be primarily based at NCS Hub, with occasional sessions held at Singtel 8George. Nature of work will require being in-office in-person 5 days a week most of the time; early reporting time of 7.00am may be required for some programmes.
