Who we are 

A young and dynamic team, NCS Dojo drives learning and development programmes for NCS. We design, develop and deliver leadership and other competency development campaigns and programmes for colleagues across the organization, working with learning partners, and across different channels both in-person, as well as virtual ones. We also curate and develop a range of NCS owned content for self-paced learning. 

 

Our NCS Dojo team is growing rapidly in size to meet the growth and learning needs of the organisation in Singapore and regionally.

What you’ll do

Working with the Dojo Programme Managers, you will support learning operations to deliver an outstanding learning experience to course participants. Activities will include:

  1. Procurement
    • Vendor onboarding in NCS procurement system
    • Obtain approvals and issue purchase orders 
    • Check invoices within automated processing system
    • Negotiation of terms and conditions for vendor contract finalisation 
    • Asset management (software licenses, etc)
  2. Facility management: Responsible for day-to-day management of new Dojo classroom facility
    • Liaise with NCS Hub Facility Management to ensure that the classroom is operational and configured for classes every day
    • Arrange for food and refreshments
  3. Hospitality
    • Source and book external learning venues (mostly in hotels)
    • Plan and arrange for on-site logistics of external venues, working with Dojo Programme Managers
  4. Budgets and reporting
    • Track spending to ensure Dojo remains within budget
    • Track and report on usage of learning assets, e.g. Zoom, Mentimeter, HackerRank, SuccessFactors, etc.

What education and experience you have

  • Degree or good poly diploma holder
  • About 5 to 7 years working experience
  • Experience working in IT and/or professional services industries will be a plus
  • Experience in learning operations will be a plus
