We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead Architect, Advance Communications 

• Entire mobile network architecture solutioning and design

• Liaise with partners and team to ensure end to end solution integrity

• Creates mobile network architecture solution to address client’s needs

• Radio planning for cellular outdoor and indoor coverage

• Provide technical leadership in mobile network projects

• Define system-level architecture that includes high-level design, architectural policies and principles, design and programming guidelines, implementation risks and mitigation measures, software development and integration strategies, etc.

• Maintain control over the entire mobile network architecture throughout the lifecycle by continuously making adjustments to the architecture to ensure desired results are achieved

• Involve in requirements analysis phase to ensure the implementation feasibility of functional specifications. Highlight requirement gaps, technical challenges, and any other issues

• Provide technical leadership using established design and development methodologies to ensure system meets functional requirements.  

• Engage customers to explain rationale of architecture as well as address their concerns if any
• Ensure best practices, frameworks and re-useable components are employed in the project
• Trouble-shoot technical problems

A little about you

• Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, or Computer Engineering

• Possess strong problem solving, time management and analytical skills

• > 8 years’ experience with in-depth knowledge across cellular radio, access and core network architectural principles and mobile technology standards

• Broad and deep knowledge in latest mobile network technologies

• Proficient in technology specification and standards

• Possess key certifications with key partners

• Ability to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship

• Highly motivated with the aptitude and attitude to continuously upgrade and refresh knowledge

• Proficient in written and spoken English

• Able to travel as required

• Good inter-personal, organizational, problem solving and teamwork skills
