Role Responsibilities 
  • Extensive experience with data analysis, converting functional requirements to FSDs / TSDs and work with development team to manage end to end delivery.
  • Extensive experience delivering data solution for Regulatory Reporting, Business Intelligence/ Analytics, Risk / MI etc. for Risk, Finance & Treasury domain.
  • Domain knowledge across Liquidity Risk (BCBS248), Market Risk, Credit Risk and Regulatory Reporting, Group Reporting, Basel II/III, Trade Life Cycle, Derivative Pricing etc.
  • Extensive experience in building data lakes, data mart, and data warehouse to serve the common data need of various downstream applications.
  • Designing Functional Architecture, Data Model, Data Engineering for multiple applications.
  • Experience in Data Ingestion, Data Lineage, Data Pipeline, Data Enrichment, Data Distribution, Governance, DQ Checks and Controls as per banks & BCBS239 guidelines.
  • Perform High Level Design, Low Level Design, DevSecOps across multiple applications.
  • Experience with preparing DRD, metadata driven development, data mesh principles along with a good knowledge on data engineering skills.
  • Extensive Experience with Finance Data / ETLs / SQLs / DB Visualizer or similar tools.
  • Metadata driven data analysis – Request data extracts, analyse, query and manipulate large data sets according to regulatory project requirements.
  • Coordinate, collaborate with customer for understanding the user requirements thoroughly.
  • Execution of business process and ensures they are followed smoothly – Ensure customer satisfaction through the deliverables.
  • Effectively manage multiple stakeholders demands and expectations while maintaining quality and delivery of support operations.
  • Effectively lead small team of Tech BAs – guide them through data analysis / metadata mapping and delivery.

Our Ideal Candidate 

  • 10 years of experience in big data, data analysis, data warehouse architecture and delivery.
  • PMP Certification
  • FRM Certification
  • Extensive experience delivering data solution for Regulatory Reporting, Business Intelligence/ Analytics, Risk / MI etc. for Risk, Finance & Treasury domain
