Make an Impact by

  • Co-create strategic insurance product propositions with one or more insurance partners of Singtel to drive end-to-end lead generation, product marketing and sales campaigns via digital, retail and offline channels, telesales agents and financial service consultants for Life, Accident and Health insurance plans.
  • Co-drive end-to-end lead generation, product marketing and sales campaigns via digital, retail and offline channels, telesales agents and financial service consultants for Life, Accident and Health insurance plans.
  • Responsible to plan and execute such campaigns to achieve policy sales, renewal and cross-/up-sell targets through a data-led approach in:
    • understanding customer segments and behaviours to identify target audience for each campaign
    • creating, updating and obtaining approvals for marketing messages for marketing collaterals (e.g. eDM, SMS, DM, push notifications, website, paid ads, etc)
    • planning BTL campaign calendar with Campaign Management team;
    • planning campaign communications with cross-functional teams managing other channels (e.g. MySingtel app, Singtel Dash app, Singtel website, Singtel-managed social media assets, Singtel shops, etc);
    • executing BTL campaigns, ensuring correct target audience lists(s) is/are used, assets are duly provided and approved, test blasts are accurate, etc;
    • compiling and tracking end-to-end campaign performance diligently via Google Analytics and customer lifecycle / marketing automation platforms; identifying insights; and executing follow-up actions to improve performance;
    • monitoring campaigns daily and highlighting anomalies to Campaign Management team for investigation;
    • identifying areas of improvement (e.g. UX/UI of product pages, customer journeys, performance tracking and cross-learnings from different insurance campaigns).
  • Collaborate with insurance partner(s), Insurance Product Marketing team members and cross-functional teams (including Analytics, Campaign Management, Marketing Communications, Web/App Product Development, Digital Experience, IT, Operations, Customer Care, Telco Product Marketing, Telco Sales, Legal/Regulatory, etc) to help the Life, Accident and Health insurance business segment achieve annual business, commercial and marketing targets.
  • Manage the overall Insurance marketing budget, including tracking spends against budget and forecasts.
  • Co-drive Insurance squads as Product/Business Owner to define requirements for Insurance Product roadmap initiatives, end-to-end user experience and product branding.

Skills for Success

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or its equivalent.
  • A least 3-4 years of digital campaign marketing experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • At least 3-4 years of hands-on experience in managing and executing insurance product marketing campaigns; well-versed in BTL communications (i.e. SMS, email, push notifications), copywriting and content management; and preferably familiar with insurance industry-specific product positioning, target segmentation, branding, acquisition and loyalty strategies, and compliance guidelines.
  • At least 3-4 years of hands-on experience in ATL and BTL marketing, copywriting, content management and working with agencies.
  • A least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in customer lifecycle and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Oracle Responsys, Salesforce, etc).
  • At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing/analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, and preferably with some knowledge of data analytics / automation programming languages (e.g. SQL, VBA, Python).
  • Good industry understanding of Life, Accident and Health insurance; healthcare, medical and wellness initiatives; bancassurance / telcassurance products and services; personal insurance distribution models and channels; and financial planning and advisory solutions.
  • Comfortable with working and identifying insights from data and data-led campaigns.
  • A cross-functional team player who is comfortable with working independently.
