Make an Impact by:


Perform Month end closing work:


  • Prepare Journal Voucher (JV) for month end closing for various products including reclass, amortisation and accruals.
  • Review various JVs done by Accenture.
  • Monthly costs analysis, adjustments
  • Singnet monthly list price adjustment
  • Specific accruals for certain major projects, peruse through Cost of sales to tag costs to customers/Projects and by nature of costs.
  • Costs deep dive if major costs on projects are incurred.
  • Month end closing for Business Product segment books.
  • For certain products, operating expense to revenue ratio monthly update of the blended rate by deal countries on weightage and FX rate
  • Monthly reporting adjustment for inter-unit charges
  • Close liaison with segment finance for month end closing activities.


Traffic Costs Analysis and Reconciliation:


  • Be the end-to-end finance contact point for traffic costs within STARS system:
  • Traffic costs analysis by various legal entities, corridors, and products
  • Traffic balance sheet reconciliation bet STARS and SAP system.
  • Liaison with IT on system interface issues
  • Ageing analysis for traffic costs within STARS system
  • System migration and UAT for new STARS system


Perform Ah-hoc work and other tasks that may be assigned:

  • Perform Vendor Financial Assessment
  • Any other ad-hoc activities


Skills for Success: 


  • Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in financial accounting
  • Financial accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good knowledge of process and controls
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player who is able to work independently.
