  • Support and assist digitalisation initiatives such as Data Lake project.
  • Continuous review of internal processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Assist with review of new tech like Power Automate, “So How”. 
  • Work with Finance Team leads on potential areas of digitalisation.
  • Track the progress of digitalisation initiatives.
  • Dashboard BAU Maintenance and support CRs/Enhancements (Power BI, Tableau).
  • New Dashboard design and development.
  • Support the review process of dashboards migration (from design and development to onboarding to server/mobile).


The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, IT or Finance.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in developing dashboard or involved in process re-engineering projects.
  • Highly familiar in Microsoft Office Applications i.e. Excel, Powerpoint Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of development of dashboard tools like Power BI & automation tools like MS Visual Basic will be advantageous.
  • Knowledge in using SAP and BPC.
  • Desire to learn new competencies and skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Hands-on and meticulous.
  • Proactive. Have initiation and passion to assist managers to resolve issues.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
  • Mature. A self-starter and team player.
