Standard Chartered nexus is looking for a Client Success Lead, critical for client service success delivery of nexus product/ client roadmap. This role is critical in the overall integration of nexus with over thirty platforms of the Bank.
What will you be doing:
Define customer needs and client success for nexus across commercial partner, platform partner, country etc
Build sustainable metrics to support the product team on design
Build a team of change managers to manage end to end change with minimal impact to client
Support overall communications and enablement across verticals
Client Success management
Actively engage client – new and existing; identify needs and potential gaps
Assess client requirements and business requirements on a proactive and repetitive basis
Work with product owners and sales team on internal prioritisation and planning based on client metrics (success, benefit, time, effort etc)
Engage sales on any upsell opportunity across commercial and platform partners
Assess and define impact areas based on product launch and launch plans
Build mitigation plans based on impact
Manage postproduction with clients and partners
Work with nexus team on change mitigation and implementation related build
Set up a quasi-relationship team to work with sales for initial pitch / presales and pitch decks
Build communication and standard RFI packs for multi-use
Create input verticals towards nexus product build and feature enhancements
What do you need to be successful in this role?
8+ years of experience in a tech company doing client / customer success
Understand customer satisfaction pulse points
Strong communication skills
Relationship management skills
Strategic mindset and a passion to standardise
Audit and certifications
We are also looking for:
Experience in team management
Detail oriented and able to multitask
