What you do
1) Advising Global Transaction Banking and Global Corporate Banking on legal and/or documentation issues relating to:
cash management products and services such as accounts, payments, collections, liquidity management channels, online and digital services and platforms - lending products and transactional matters
corporate authorisations account opening/maintenance matters customer communication/marketing materials new cash management product and services, lending products and processes/initiatives, including digitalisation initiatives relating to cash management products and services - third party agreements such as vendor agreements, collaboration agreements, service agreements etc.
- industry projects.
2) Supporting certain overseas branches that offer lending products from the head office perspective (such as advising on head office requirements/policies etc)

Qualifications
Who you are
- Singapore, English or Australian qualified.
- 6-9 years PQE (we may consider a candidate with lower PQE if candidate has relevant corporate banking/finance experience and is able to demonstrate ability to manage work and stakeholders independently).
- Good knowledge in banking and finance matters. Candidate should be familiar with banking/finance documentation (including LMA/APLMA documentation).
- Fluent in written and oral English.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Agile and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
