How you succeed
- You will have experience in driving and/or supporting risk assessment and risk reduction initiatives.
- You will have strong problem analysis, resolution skills as well as influencing skills within the team, department and across departments.
- You will possess good knowledge and experience with risk management, IT governance and information security management standards.
- You will also be knowledgeable and experienced in legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to technology, information, or cyber risk management (Singapore and regional Asia).
What you do
- Support risk governance and oversight on the effectiveness of technology, information, or cyber risk management for the OCBC Group
- Drive and/or support technology, information, and cyber risk management initiatives
- Drive and/or support the Group-wide technology, information and cyber risk awareness, training, and social engineering testing program
- Provide risk advisory service, including recommendation of risk mitigation options, on technology, information and cyber risks associated with new banking services, digital transformation initiatives, third-party arrangements, and regulatory and legal guidelines
- Perform regular risk monitoring and reporting on technology, information, and cyber risk on risk posture to management.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies risks, cyber threat landscape, industry trends and regulatory requirements relating to technology, information & cyber security.

Qualifications
Who you are
- You will have at least 7 years of experience in technology, information or cyber risk management, information security or IT audit in Financial Services Industry.
- You will possess a degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree.
- A relevant professional certification (e.g. CRISC, CISA, CISM and/or CISSP) would be advantageous.
