Make an Impact by


  • Responsible for end-to-end IT services supporting Singtel Enterprise customers, partnering Enterprise Business units and has full accountability for Build & Run for Enterprise applications including architecture and design.
  • Application support & operations (including usage, billing, bill formatting, payments, journaling)
  • Enhancements delivery for Enterprise Charging & Billing applications
  • Application support & operations for International traffic and carrier services applications
  • Responsible for leading, directing and managing a team of solution designers, solution architects and support specialists supporting billing and carrier applications for the Enterprise Business.
  • Required to determine and maintain the Enterprise IT architecture and roadmap, with the assistance of other Enterprise IT application pillars, to flex, adapt and keep our Enterprise systems aligned with the latest technologies to support the ever-changing landscape and climate of our Enterprise business.

    • Represents the organisation on strategic issues impacting multiple organisations, the community and the professional field
